The Maryland resident was last featured on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? season 6 with her now-estranged husband Ronald Smith. Unfortunately, Tiffany's marriage with Ronald didn't work out, and she started focusing more on her children and fitness. In June 2021, she underwent gastric sleeve surgery to lose weight. When some 90 Day Fiancé fans asked, Tiffany clarified that she didn't opt for the weight loss surgery to look skinny but to feel fit and be healthy.
