Mortal Kombat 1 Is Adding A Skin For Scorpion Based On The Iconic '90s Movie

Ed Boon has revealed that Mortal Kombat 1 is adding a skin for Scorpion based on his appearance from the iconic 1995 movie, with more possibly on the way for other fighters.

As any Mortal Kombat 1 player is aware of by now, the latest entry has a lot of DLC skins for its fighters, which fill up the controversial Premium Store on a regular basis.

Their prevalence and high cost have been a sore subject for fans since Mortal Kombat 1 originally launched, but there have been a few rare times when the praise outweighs the criticism - this is one of those times.

Over on Twitter, Mortal Kombat co-creator Ed Boon has been teasing a few upcoming additions to Mortal Kombat 1 ahead of an appearance at CCXP Mexico tomorrow, which is seemingly where we'll get our first look at Homelander.

Before we move onto the next big DLC character, though, Boon has shared a glimpse at a heavily-requested skin for Scorpion that gives him his appearance from the '90s movie.
