DreadXP and Lovely Hellplace have announced that the classic early 2000’s inspired open world RPG Dread Delusion will be exiting early access and getting its full release on May 14th.
The game has been in early access since June 2022, and has received positive feedback from the community during the early access phase.In Dread Delusion, humans live on floating continents as the world’s surface as become overrun by the undead.
It is a cursed land and does have horror at its heart. Players will have lots of quests to undertake which have multiple endings, with players able to try and save the world or try to gain power themselves.
You can use weapons such as swords, spells, or even talk your way through some situations too. The devs have stated that every situation has an alternative to combat.
There are various factions to either align with or fight against in the world of Dread Delusion too. With the release into 1.0, a whole new area called the Underlands will be added where more towns and quests await.Dread Delusion launches on Steam at the price of $19.99 USD / £15.49 GBP / €16.79 EUR, though there will be a 20% discount between May 9th to May 16th.
