Assassin’s Creed Mirage Players Think One Outfit Looks Like a Guardian From Destiny 2

Some eagle-eyed Assassin's Creed Mirage players have noticed that one of the outfits in the game looks suspiciously like a Guardian from Destiny 2. Assassin's Creed Mirage puts players in the shoes of Basim Ibn Ishaq, and it turns out that gamers have one outfit that can make it seem like he's from another universe entirely.

Assassin's Creed Mirage was a return to the franchise's roots, abandoning many of the features that the RPG titles Origins, Odyssey, and Valhalla introduced in favor of a more classic experience. It wasn't perfect, but for most long-time fans of the series who didn't love the direction Assassin's Creed was headed, it was a breath of fresh air. Despite this, some out there feel that Assassin's Creed Mirage doesn't hold a candle to the Ezio trilogy. Every new iteration is always compared to previous releases in the series, and it's hard for Ubisoft to please everyone at this point.

Redditor -_Anonymous__- pointed out the outfit inAssassin's Creed Mirage, and there's no denying that it could have been pulled straight from the Destiny franchise, with its faceless mask arguably the biggest similarity on the surface. While the user never explicitly names the outfit, it is Milad's Outfit, which can be unlocked by starting the quest «The Ancient Place» and collecting five of the mysterious shards that pop up around Baghdad as a result. There is then a chest that can be opened in a lake north of Baghdad using the shards, allowing players to collect Milad's outfit and dress like they've been playing Destiny 2.

There were a few comments throughout the thread indicating that the Destiny comparison was worthwhile. One player claimed they «actually thought this was some ancient Destiny concept art,» and others had absolutely no idea that the image came from an Assassin's Creed title. Milad's outfit is definitely one of the best outfits inAssassin's Creed Mirage, coming with the Forgotten Terror perk, which causes Air Assassinations to set off a lightning flash
